Mr. Hitesh Chandel is the Managing Director and Chief Mentor of Defined Values Consultants Pvt Ltd. After 14 years of working in the corporate world, he set out on a journey to forge a better future for humanity.
He published his extensive research in the form of a book titled, “Code of Citizen’s Conduct (Rashtradharma)” for which he was conferred with Pride of India Award by Pratima Raksha Samman Samiti (a National NGO working for the cause of Martyrs). He has codenamed the scope of work of his mission as Project YugParivartan and has organized as well as delivered more than 300 events and workshops as part of his mission.

Sivaprakash Thevendhirya worked as Systems Analyst/ Computer-in-Charge cum Programmer Analyst in various institutions like Thiagarajar College of Engineering and so on from Jun 1982 to Nov 1991, before starting a business in trading of Yarn and Art silk from 1991 to 2015. He has keen interest in Alternative system of Medicines, particularly in Homeopathy, studied on interest. Organised and Conducted free Homeopathy Camps in Madurai and nearby rural areas.
Volunteered at Isha, Velliyangiri Foothills, Coimbatore in all sorts of activities from 2010 to 2015 periodically. Post SALDP Graduation, he is now actively involved in core work of Project YugParivartan.

She is playing a leadership role in the grand mission Project Yug Parivartan (PYP).

Shreeniwas Chandra

Shreeniwas Chandra, did his B.Tech Mechanical (Hons.) from IIT-BHU in 1978. He also holds Professional Qualification of F.I.E(I), Chartered Engineer, and is a Life Member of Tribology Society of India.
After an initial stint of one year with Usha Martin Black (Wire Ropes), he spent 36 years with Indian Oil Corporation (MD)- a Maharatna Company, in PAN India locations, and Superannuated as General Manager I/c (G Grade).
He is a Sales and Marketing Professional, with more than 36 years’ experience in Petroleum Fuels and Lubes, a Technical specialist- a trouble shooter. Area of specialization is Tribology, Technical and Commercial aspects of lubes and fuels; Energy Conservation; Health, Safety & Environment.
He presented Technical papers in National and International Conferences. Was a regular faculty on Oil and Gas Seminars, encompassing Core Industries, Industry Associations.
Pan India Exposure to Core Industries: Railways, Coal, Steel, Mining, Defence, Petrochemicals, Refinery. Exposure to process, plant and machinery- of very large, medium and small industries.
Presently: Director: CVS Education System in addition to his role in Project YugParivartan.
Sanjay Kr. Sharma

Sanjay Kr. Sharma is a B. Tech (IIT-BHU, Civil, 1985), Masters (IIT-R & Uttarakhand Technical University - UTU, Dehradun, Urban & Rural Planning, 2013). Pursuing PhD on ‘Self Sustainable Rural Development Solutions in the Context of Urbanization Trends’ from UTU, Dehradun.
He has more than 32 years of experience in teaching, training, action & applied research, and, in administration. He has also been actively involved in project conceptualization, appropriate technology-innovation & dissemination, in construction of small dams, micro-lift irrigation systems & fund-raising with various national & international development agencies.
Srinivas Kumar Yerrapothu

Sushil Jain is a Commerce graduate from Guwahati University (1979). He is a Businessman based in Golaghat, Assam, dealing in construction tools and equipments, and welding related items for the past 25 years. Prior to that, he was involved in coal exports, supply contracts and contributed towards Family Business.
Sushil has also been active in social work and has served the society in various capacities. He was the President of Lion's Club of Golaghat for the year 2015-16, and also the Secretary for the year 2014-15. He is also a Life Trustee of Golaghat Digambar Jain Samaj.
He is also active at promoting the activities and programs of Art of Living, as he believes strongly in the power of yoga and meditation. He is an SALDP Graduate and is engaged with Project YugParivartan work regularly.
