What is Project Yug Parivartan?
Project Yug Parivartan (Era Transformation Project) is a visionary initiative aimed at ushering in a Golden Age (Satyug) by transforming the consciousness, leadership, and systems of the world. Rooted in India’s timeless spiritual wisdom and modern leadership science, the project serves as a comprehensive model for individual evolution, social reformation, and global transformation.
Founded and guided by Hitesh Chandel, the project integrates spiritual awakening, leadership development, and system redesign to solve the root causes of humanity’s problems. The mission is to re-align the current chaotic state of global economic, social, political, religious, and ecological systems through self-actualized and spiritually realized leaders trained via the SALDP (Self-Actualized Leadership Development Program).
Through its four core networks – GAVN (Volunteers), GABN (Businesses), SALN (Leaders), and SRMN (Mentors) – Project Yug Parivartan seeks to build an ecosystem of enlightened individuals and institutions working collaboratively to co-create a WISE Civilization that fulfills the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals in a spiritually grounded way.
The movement is steadily growing through events, mentorship circles, leadership webinars, and spiritual gatherings, with the long-term vision of re-establishing Bharat (India) as a Vishwaguru (global mentor).
Why Project Yug Parivartan?
Project YugParivartan (PYP) is a cyclical cosmic phenomenon that occurs to re-infuse Eternal Wisdom into the collective human consciousness whenever it begins to decline to dangerously low levels. It represents a decisive shift—from the Detonation switch to the Renovation switch—in humanity’s evolutionary journey. PYP is actively and effectively facilitating the transition to the Golden Age through a range of initiatives under the Project YugParivartan Synergy Platform. By aligning eminent individuals, intellectuals, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and volunteers through structured frameworks, mentoring, networking, and resources, the platform is accelerating their life missions while collectively steering the world toward a higher era. The shift to the new Yuga will bring about a complete metamorphosis of the world and the cosmos—transforming human beings internally and in all their spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical interactions with the universe. At this critical juncture, establishing a WISE World Order—rooted in Natural Laws and Eternal Principles—is not just aspirational, but essential. As illustrated below, humanity currently stands at Node 6. A successful execution of PYP will elevate collective consciousness toward the Golden Age. However, if integration does not occur in time, there is a risk of regression to Node 5—the Dark Age.
Adding “Goal 0 – Self-Actualization of All Leaders” to UNSDGs
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. At its heart are the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries - developed and developing - in a global partnership. They recognize that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.
The world’s current systems—economic, social, political, religious, and physical—have become too chaotic for conventional solutions to work alone. While the 17 UNSDGs are a major milestone, today’s urgency demands unconventional wisdom.
Project Yug Parivartan (PYP) takes full accountability for this planetary imbalance and is driving a bold course correction. By uniting conscious individuals and organizations worldwide, PYP seeks to spark a ripple effect toward universal well-being and abundance. To fulfill this vision, PYP proposes a revolutionary 18th SDG – Goal 0: Self-Actualization of All Leaders. This foundational goal ensures long-term sustainability for all of humanity and life on Earth.
While management principles evolve with time and context, leadership principles are eternal—relevant across all professions and eras. GOAL Zero, introduced by PYP, ensures that all global solutions are rooted in Eternal Principles and Natural Laws.
Dark Age to Golden Age Transition
Over thousands of years, civilizations have developed unique ecosystems to meet their local needs. However, today, most of these systems across the globe have become VUCA—Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous—resulting in two major challenges: massive wastage of planetary resources, and Deprivation of basic survival needs for large populations.
Inefficient use of resources has accelerated global warming, posing an existential threat that could drag humanity into a Dark Age. To reverse this decline, there is an urgent need to restructure global ecosystems based on Eternal Principles, ensuring the sustainability of current and future human civilizations. Figure below outlines the root problems across the four core pillars: Education, Governance, Business, and Services. Below is the vision of the Golden Age Ecosystem, achievable by addressing these root causes.
Building the Golden Age Ecosystem requires the rise and networking of high-conscious, self-actualized leaders. The current challenges in our systems present a unique opportunity for every soul to step up and become a Change Leader who addresses root causes.
As part of the PYP Synergy Platform, individuals and organizations will get long-term opportunities to contribute to PYP WISE Village and Town Projects, driving reforms across social, political, economic, spiritual, and physical infrastructures essential for the Golden Age.
The PYP Synergy Platform envisions futuristic towns built on Eternal Principles—smaller, interconnected, high-tech, and resource-abundant WISE Towns.
While the general design is shown in the high-level component diagram below, multiple specialized versions of WISE Towns are proposed under Project Yug Parivartan, tailored to meet diverse regional and spiritual needs.
