Golden Age Volunteers Network Induction Program (GAVNIP)

To orient and inspire new volunteers to align with the Golden Age Vision, understand their roles within the network, and cultivate a spirit of selfless service through Project Yug Parivartan.

1A - Associate Volunteer Training (GAVNIP Level 0) and Forums

Focus: Awareness, discipline, basic contribution

Training: 6 hrs.

Content Outline:

 

Session 1 – Spirit of Volunteerism & Code of Conduct (1.5 hrs.)

  • Purpose of volunteering – Seva as a path of inner growth

  • Volunteer code of conduct – Ethics, humility, discipline, dignity

  • Representing GAVN – Behaviors that build trust and respect

Session 3 – Skills for Senior Volunteers (1.5 hrs.)
