Vinay Agarwal is a distinguished business leader, management strategist and institution-builder with over three decades of experience across diverse industries and business environments. An alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta, he has held senior leadership positions including CEO, Managing Director, COO and business head across organisations such as Saint-Gobain, TVS, RPG, BPL Mobile, Dish TV and other leading enterprises.
In 2011, he founded PGT Partners, a management consulting organisation focused on helping promoters, CEOs and entrepreneurs achieve breakthrough improvements in Profit, Growth and Transformation. His approach draws upon the Theory of Constraints, helping organisations identify their critical constraints and develop practical strategies for sustainable growth and performance improvement.
Over the course of his career, Vinay Ji has led organisations through start-ups, turnarounds, rapid growth, expansion, technology transfer and competitive transformation. He has also contributed to industry bodies and management education, including associations with CII and leading management institutions.
As a Director of the PYP Golden Age Foundation, Vinay Ji brings his extensive experience in leadership, organisational transformation and entrepreneurship to the larger vision of Yug Parivartan.
