Curriculum for
PYP Chapter Members

The PYP Chapter Curriculum is thoughtfully designed to align with the unique needs and strengths of each network within the PYP ecosystem. This section presents a comprehensive, GABN network breakdown of the curriculum, ensuring that every member—regardless of their role or level of engagement—receives targeted knowledge, skills, and experiential learning to grow as a conscious change-maker. The curriculum is curated to deepen alignment with Dharma, expand leadership capacities, and accelerate individual and collective transformation across all PYP Networks.

Common Induction Program

Objective: To awaken and align new members with the vision of Project Yug Parivartan, nurturing them to become purpose-driven contributors whose inner growth and actions naturally inspire others to join the Golden Age mission.

Duration: 6 Hours

Session 1 – The Call for a Conscious Revolution (1.5 hrs.)

  • Opening & Purpose of CIP: Understanding your role as a conscious co-creator of change.

  • Signs of Kaliyug: Recognizing the disharmony in today’s world.

  • The Systems Lens: How the state of the individual reflects in family, workplaces, nations, and the world.

  • Why Current Systems Are Collapsing: The impact of unconscious decisions on governance, education, and society.

  • Consciousness – The Missing Key: Awareness as the starting point of all sustainable change.

  • The Ripple Principle: As you transform, your influence silently awakens those around you.

Session 2 – The PYP Ecosystem & Sankalp Culture (1.5 hrs.)

  • History, Purpose & Vision of PYP: How the dream of a Golden Age is taking form.

  • The Four Networks and Chapters: A collaborative model for societal transformation.

  • Core Values & Protocols: Truth, Integrity, Seva, Collaboration, Lifelong Learning; living these values so powerfully that others feel drawn to be in PYP.

  • Sankalp Circles: How collective intentions are set, tracked, and celebrated.

  • Silent Influence: How authentic action speaks louder than persuasion.

  • Ways to Contribute: Diverse avenues to serve through your chapter.

  • Identifying Local Pain Points & Micro-Missions: Health, environment, youth, and other pressing issues.

  • Who Am I & Why Am I Here?: A guided reflection on self-awareness.

  • Seeing Beyond Filters: Understanding points of view and expanding awareness.

  • SFP Index – The Journey Within: A framework for assessing and deepening your potential.

  • Discovering Your Swadharma: Aligning your contribution with your unique calling.

  • Communicating with Clarity: Speaking confidently about your journey, inspiring curiosity in others.

  • Pathways Ahead: Introduction to SALDP and advanced learning.

  • A Gentle Call to Inspire: Letting your life and actions become the invitation.
